All magnets are made to order so please allow 24 hours for us to complete your order. If you don't receive shipping information after 24 hours feel free to reach out to us. Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout and cost is added to the final price.

Since all of our magnets are made to order we do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely happy with your order for any reason, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or solution promptly.
